Lucky Chopra, Founder, Chairman
Dr. Lucky Chopra is a Houston-based physician, entrepreneur, and Founder of Advanced Diagnostics Healthcare System. With over three decades of service in the medical field, Dr. Chopra's use of cutting-edge technology and patient-centered care has helped him become a leader and pioneer in healthcare innovation. His training included extensive Level I Trauma experience, which inspired him to revolutionize the way trauma patients are treated and continues to shape his approach today. In 2023, he received the Community Hero Award from the Firefighters' Foundation of Houston, a testament to his impactful work in trauma care. He constantly seeks creative ways to elevate the ADHS brand, aiming to extend its recognition throughout Texas.
Raj Thakur MD, Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Raj Thakur has been with Advanced Diagnostics Healthcare System since the company's inception. A diagnostic and interventional radiologist practicing in Houston, Texas for over 20 years, Dr. Thakur and his team specialize in minimally invasive image guided treatments. As Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Thakur's vision is to streamline the delivery of patient care for physicians and healthcare workers in order to improve patient outcomes and their overall experience.
Joseph Lenahan, CEO - Cognizant Management Solutions
Joseph Lenahan joined Advanced Diagnostics Healthcare System in 2009. Mr. Lenahan brings a passion for operational excellence and delivery to the customer which is exemplified by the operations team and their commitment to delivering flawless service execution. A respected leader that drives this team to reach new successes each day, Mr. Lenahan brings more than 30 years of combined front-line leadership experience from service industry leaders including American Airlines and Waste Management. Outside of work, Mr. Lenahan and his wife work closely with local area rescue organizations fostering several homeless pets.
Kevin Smoot, Executive Director - Subacute Trauma Program
Kevin Smoot joins Advanced Diagnostics Healthcare System with over 30 years of management and sales and marketing experience. Mr. Smoot has extensive experience in business development and managing business units. Outside of work, Mr. Smoot has worked on the advisory board for the Texas Southern School of Business, Big Brother and Big Sisters, Prisoners Entrepreneur Program (PEP) and volunteers at Provision School in Houston.
Christopher Douglas, Ed. D – Chief Executive Officer
A recognized leader in healthcare management with experience in creating and managing solutions, Dr. Christopher Douglas, Ed.D joined Advanced Diagnostics Healthcare System in 2010 and was instrumental in the statewide growth and merger of our mobile radiology business from 2010 – 2015. Leveraging his expertise in strategic marketing, leadership development, and program advancement, Christopher Douglas, Ed.D then served as Chief Executive Officer of Advanced Surgeons and Physicians Network, Inc (ASPN), managing and growing this solutions-based company to serve more than fifty physicians and practitioners within out-patient clinical settings. Christopher Douglas, Ed.D is a faithful member of his church and enjoys mentoring Boys & Girls Club members and connecting individuals for networking opportunities.
Rob Turner, Interim CEO
Rob Turner has been instrumental in the growth of Advanced Diagnostics Healthcare System, first as a consultant and officially joining in 2016. With over 30 years of executive healthcare leadership, he has managed medical laboratories, skilled nursing facilities, and acute care hospitals. A strategic leader with deep market expertise, he drives development through innovation and vision. Outside of work, he serves on multiple FQHC boards, participates in global healthcare initiatives, and is active in his church community
Victoria Do MD, Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Victoria Do joined Advanced Diagnostics Healthcare System in 2014 after serving as a hospitalist and full-time attending faculty member with Memorial Hermann Hospital for over 10 years. As the Chief of Staff and Director of Primary Care Services for both Advanced Diagnostics Houston hospitals, Dr. Do practices evidence-based medicine, a combination of individual clinical expertise and external clinical evidence from the most current research, studies and protocols. She works closely with her patients and their specialists to coordinate a comprehensive, individualized plan of action. She speaks openly and thoroughly with her patients and stresses education in her practice, ensuring her patients understand the reasons and are given options for their treatment plan. In her free time, Dr. Do enjoys cooking and spending time with her husband and two children.
Girish Gidwani, MD - Medical Director
Dr. Girish Gidwani joined Advanced Diagnostics Healthcare System in 2014. A Board Certified radiologist who has a passion for combining outstanding patient care with cutting edge minimally invasive procedures, Dr. Gidwani has a specific interest in interventional oncology and venous disease. Prior to joining Advanced Diagnostics, Dr. Gidwani served as Chief of Radiology at Bay Area Regional Medical Center. While there, he led a diverse interdisciplinary team and developed extensive policies and procedures that resulted in new industry best practices. Outside of work, Dr. Gidwani enjoys giving back to the community through various medical charitable and academic organizations.
