Raj Thakur, MD - Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Raj Thakur has been with Advanced Diagnostics Healthcare System since the company’s inception. A diagnostic and interventional radiologist practicing in Houston, Texas for over 20 years, Dr. Thakur and his team specialize in minimally invasive image guided treatments. As Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Thakur’s vision is to streamline the delivery of patient care for physicians and healthcare workers in order to improve patient outcomes and their overall experience.
Rob Turner - Chief Development Officer
Rob Turner has contributed to the growth of Advanced Diagnostics Healthcare System for many years in a consulting role and officially joined the organization in 2016. He brings more than 25 years of executive healthcare leadership and management of medical laboratories, skilled nursing facilities, long term acute care hospitals and general acute care hospitals. Mr. Turner is continuously leading and driving those around him. His impressive market knowledge combined with an entrepreneurial spirit is invaluable to development. When he is not working, Mr. Turner attends various church activities and assists with rehoming lost animals with his wife’s pet rescue organization.
Joseph Lenahan - Chief Executive Officer, Cognizant Management Solutions
Joseph Lenahan joined Advanced Diagnostics Healthcare System in 2009. Mr. Lenahan brings a passion for operational excellence and delivery to the customer which is exemplified by the operations team and their commitment to delivering flawless service execution. A respected leader that drives this team to reach new successes each day, Mr. Lenahan brings more than 30 years of combined front-line leadership experience from service industry leaders including American Airlines and Waste Management. Outside of work, Mr. Lenahan and his wife work closely with local area rescue organizations fostering several homeless pets.
Claudia Leal - Chief Financial Officer
Claudia Leal brings over three decades of healthcare financial management experience to Advanced Diagnostics Healthcare System. She is a results-oriented professional focusing on revenue cycle management and strategic planning. Ms. Leal began as a staff accountant before accepting multiple promotions on her journey to CFO. Ms. Leal believes a collaborative environment with servant leadership is a key factor to success for a healthcare system. Before joining Advanced, Ms. Leal worked predominantly at HCA.
Jenny Storm, MBA, BSN, RN - Regional Chief Nursing Officer
Jenny Storm oversees the clinical, operational, strategic and financial performance of Advanced’s nursing and clinical service lines. She is an accomplished hospital and healthcare executive with more than 25 years of experience in building trust and relationships, leading people and teams, improving and expanding programs, and implementing strategic direction in healthcare systems. Her previous roles include leadership positions for Houston Methodist, Tenet and HCA. Mrs. Storm has a track record of enhancing the patient experience and building long lasting relationships between facilities, employees, physicians, and the communities they serve. She is a native Houstonian and enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter on outdoor adventures.
George Hittner, JD, MBA, M.P.Aff. - General Counsel
George Hittner brings a unique combination of legal, legislative, political, and corporate experience to Advanced. Mr. Hittner is an experienced general counsel and litigator who has led corporate transactions and acquisitions to completion while implementing strategies to expand business operations. Alongside Advanced, Mr. Hittner is President and Managing Shareholder at The Hittner Group. Mr. Hittner’s experience includes prior service as a White House appointee for the U.S. Department of Labor and the U.S. Department of Transportation. Mr. Hittner is a native Texan who believes in giving back to the community. He is active with the Boy Scouts of America and founded multiple organizations, including the Houston Firefighters Foundation, Houston Police Foundation, and Wentworth Military Academy Museum. In his free time, Mr. Hittner enjoys spending time with his wife, Erica, and two children, Henry and Hazel.
Kevin Smoot - Executive Director, Subacute Trauma Program
Kevin Smoot joins Advanced Diagnostics Healthcare System with over 30 years of management and sales and marketing experience. Mr. Smoot has extensive experience in business development and managing business units. Outside of work, Mr. Smoot has worked on the advisory board for the Texas Southern School of Business, Big Brother and Big Sisters, Prisoners Entrepreneur Program (PEP) and volunteers at Provision School in Houston.
