Precision Reconstructive Spine & Orthopedics
Second opinions, revision expertise, and surgical solutions for
patients still in pain after prior spine surgery
Precision Reconstructive Spine & Orthopedics serves a critically underserved group—people who live with pain, limited mobility, or failed results after a previous spine procedure.
Led by Dr. Rubin Bashir, our center brings clarity and tailored solutions to even the most complex cases, helping you reclaim comfort and confidence.

What Is Reconstructive
Spine Surgery?
Reconstructive spine surgery corrects problems left behind by an earlier operation—hardware failure, lingering nerve compression, poor alignment, non-union, or infection. Our team specializes in revision fusions, deformity correction, hardware removal or replacement, and nerve decompression. Every plan starts with an honest discussion of goals, risks, and expected results, so you know exactly why each step matters.

Indications for Revision Spine Surgery

Revision may be needed when implants break, loosen, or were placed incorrectly; when the bones fail to fuse (pseudarthrosis) or adjacent levels begin to degenerate; when pain, weakness, or numbness return despite surgery; when infection sets in; or when curvature worsens into scoliosis or kyphosis.
We evaluate each factor in context—imaging, symptoms, and lifestyle—to decide whether surgical or non-surgical care offers the safest path forward.

The Patient Experience
At your consultation, we review your complete surgical and medical history, study current MRI, CT, or X-rays (or order new, high-resolution imaging), and perform a focused exam and pain assessment. Together we decide whether revision surgery, targeted injections, or advanced rehabilitation best fits your goals. You leave with a clear, written plan outlining the next steps, timelines, and realistic expectations.
